them.  If you are not happy with them we can create additional images

 at no additional cost to you or do whatever is necessary to make

certain you are thrilled with your portraits.  Here is our "no nonsense" promise!

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH OUR SERVICES...

We are proud of our 99% customer satisfaction.  However, we

 understand we cannot please everyone.  If you are not happy

with us... no problem... we will simply refund your money.  We want

 everyone to be happy... but if you are not, it's no problem.

YOUR FINISHED PORTRAIT GUARANTEE

When you place your order, every effort is made to deliver your

images exactly as promised.  If for any reason your finished portraits are

not as you expected them, let us know within 24 hours of picking them up and we

will fix the problem to your satisfaction at no additional cost.  If you do not

 let us know within 24 hours, a $25 remake charge will be applied.

After 14 days it is assumed that the portraits meet your

expectations, and any remakes after this time will be done at

normal prices.  The only exception to this is for any defect in

 manufacturing, which is warranted by Kodak for life.
